First-party product measurement. We collect subscription-screen interactions on the OddsLab app and website, such as screen views, plan and billing-period selections, checkout, purchase, restore and activation outcomes, and choosing to continue with the free plan. These events help us understand where a flow fails and compare different explanations of the same plans.
Measurement data includes a randomly generated, persistent installation or browser identifier, session and screen-view identifiers, app version or platform, language, selected plan and billing period, product identifier, available price and currency, and short outcome or error codes. Website checkout events may also include a checkout reference. The first-party measurement payload does not include your name, email address, password, authentication token, advertising identifier (IDFA), or payment-card details. Pending events may be stored on your device or browser and retried when a connection is available.
This measures activity within OddsLab and is collected independently of the iOS tracking permission. We do not combine these first-party measurement identifiers with data about your activity in other companies' apps or websites for advertising.
Optional advertising measurement. Separately, when you allow tracking on iOS, OddsLab uses Meta and TikTok attribution SDKs to measure the effectiveness of our ads. This can include advertising identifiers and limited registration, app-interaction and subscription-purchase events, such as a product identifier, price and currency. These providers may combine consented attribution data with information from other apps and websites for advertising measurement. You can change the tracking permission for OddsLab in iOS Settings. Denying it does not stop first-party product measurement or your use of the app.
OddsLab uses artificial intelligence to generate match predictions and analyses. These predictions are for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute financial or betting advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any prediction.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with service providers that help operate our services, such as authentication, subscription and infrastructure providers. Separately, the consented advertising-attribution data described above is shared with Meta and TikTok for advertising measurement under their respective privacy policies.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with encryption at rest.
OddsLab is not intended for users under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
