Important: OddsLab provides AI-generated sports predictions for informational and entertainment purposes only. We are not a gambling service and do not encourage or facilitate gambling.

By downloading or using the OddsLab app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

OddsLab is an AI-powered sports analytics application that provides match predictions, statistical analysis, and insights. All predictions are generated by artificial intelligence and are for informational purposes only.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

OddsLab offers Free, Elite, and Diamond subscription tiers
Paid subscriptions are processed via Apple In-App Purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

OddsLab's predictions and analyses are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any prediction. Sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable.

5. No Gambling Advice

Nothing in the OddsLab app constitutes gambling advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to place any bet or wager. We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on our predictions. Please gamble responsibly and in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use OddsLab to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Reproduce, distribute, or resell our predictions commercially
Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit our systems
Create derivative services based on our data without permission

All content, features, and functionality of OddsLab are owned by OddsLab and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OddsLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on any prediction.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the app settings.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
